Yorkshire MESMAC are also able to refer you to LGBT-specific counselling services and provide sexual health and relationship advice.
Public Health England recommends HIV testing every 3 months if you’re having condomless sex.

If you’ve had unprotected sex with someone with HIV you may need medicine to reduce your risk of becoming HIV+ but this must be started within 72 hours to be effective. You can read about PEP treatments here.
