Beeston Health Centre video transcript

Welcome to Leeds Sexual Health.

This video will provide an overview of our clinic located in Beeston Hill Health Centre. It will also share any information you need to know before you arrive for your appointment.

There are two entrances. The first is on Cemetery Road and where you might get dropped off if you arrive by bus or walk. Please note our reception is not on this floor. Enter through the double automatic doors and turn immediately to your right. Walk past the accessible toilets on your right until you reach the lifts. Take the lift down to the lower ground floor (button 0) and the Leeds Sexual Health reception will be straight ahead of you.

If you drive to your appointment, there is a car park and the second entrance located on West Mount Street. Here there is a wheelchair ramp and a small set of stairs. Enter through the automatic doors and on the wall to your left there is a “push button” to open the next set of doors. Turn to your left and you’ll see our reception desk.

If you have any translation or communication needs please let us know upon booking your appointment. The receptionist will ask you to write some of your details on a slip of paper which they will use to find your appointment information. The receptionist will then print out some labels which you will need during your appointment and direct you to the waiting area.

If you are wearing headphones, please keep them to a reasonable volume so you can hear your first name being called by one of our clinicians.

When it’s your turn, please follow our clinician to their clinic room where you will have your appointment.
