Welcome to Leeds Sexual Health.

This video will provide an overview of our clinic located in Chapeltown Health Centre. It will also share any information you need to know before you arrive for your appointment.

The entrance is located on Spencer Place, however if you are driving, there is a car park is located on Leopold Park Road. Once you have parked, take the stairs to the main entrance. If you need an accessible entrance this is located near the accessible parking bays near the top of the car park.

If you walk or arrive by bus, the main entrance is on Spencer Place and is wheelchair accessible.

Once you go through the main doors, our reception is immediately on your right. If you have any translation or communication needs please let us know upon booking your appointment. The receptionist will ask you to write some of your details on a slip of paper which they will use to find your appointment information. The receptionist will then print out some labels which you will need during your appointment and direct you to the waiting area.

The waiting area is past the accessible toilets on your left, down the corridor, to the right and then through the archway on the left.

If you are wearing headphones, please keep them to a reasonable volume so you can hear your first name being called by one of our clinicians.

Please follow our clinician to their clinic room where you will have your appointment.
