The National HIV Testing week is taking place this week, and a wide range of free, easy, quick and confidential testing opportunities are available across Leeds.
This is a great time to take control of your sexual health, learn your HIV status, and access support if needed.
Testing is quick, simple, and completely confidential. Many sessions are drop‑in, meaning no appointment is required.
Below is the full schedule of testing venues and times:
Tuesday 10 February
- Chapeltown bloods and screening drop‑in (Leeds Sexual Health) from 10am to 1pm.
- Steam sauna (men only) from 11am to 1pm.
- Mesmac testing (booked appointments) from 3pm to 7pm.
- Drop‑in at Marsden House from 3pm to 5pm.
Wednesday 11 February
- Positive Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers (PAFRAS) at The Chel Centre, Unit 24 26 Roundhay Rd, Leeds LS7 1AB from 9am to midday.
- Leeds Beckett Student Union (drop‑in) at Leeds Beckett Students’ Union, Portland Building, Portland Way, Leeds LS1 3HE from 11am to 3pm.
- Arena Village student accommodation at Leeds Student Accommodation, Arena Village, Campus Living Villages, Jacob St, Leeds LS2 8BR from 3pm to 5pm.
Thursday 12 February
- Beeston Hill bloods and screening drop‑in (Leeds Sexual Health) at Beeston Hill Health Centre, 123 Cemetery Rd, Beeston, Leeds LS11 8LH from 10am to 1pm.
- Biphoria steam complex at Steam Complex Sauna, Ledgard Way, Armley, Leeds LS12 2ND from 11am to 1pm in Leeds.
- Carnegie Student Village at Carnegie Village, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds Beckett University, Leeds LS6 3GZ from 3pm to 5pm.
- Viaduct Show Bar at Viaduct Showbar, 11 Lower Briggate, Leeds LS1 6ER from 6pm till late.
Friday 13 February
- Leeds Market testing at Leeds Kirkgate Market, Kirkgate, Leeds LS2 7HY from 11am to 3pm.
